Orders placed within Sharm El Sheikh are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days. We hand-pack every candle carefully so it arrives in the same shape it left our workshop.

We use 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. No paraffin, no synthetic dyes. Each candle is poured and cured by hand before it's packed for shipping.

If a candle arrives cracked, melted, or otherwise damaged, contact us with a photo within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. It doesn't happen often, but we want you covered.

Since candles are used and scent preference is personal, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Reach out to us first so we can guide you through it.
